Poppy Plane Privacy Policy
Effective 5 October 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 2Paws Technology LLP ("we", "us") handles information in the Poppy Plane
mobile game (package xyz.twopaws.poppyplane).
Summary
- Poppy Plane has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email or contacts.
- Your scores, coins, planes and settings are stored on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, a copy of your game progress is also saved to your Google account so it can be restored on another phone.
- We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes.
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data on your device
Your best score, coins, owned planes, engine upgrades and settings (music, sound, vibration, tips) are saved locally on your phone. We cannot see this data. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it.
Advertising
Poppy Plane is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Most ads are optional: you choose to watch a short video to continue a run, double your coins or get a head start. An occasional full-screen ad may appear between runs, never during play.
To provide, personalise (where allowed) and measure ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- the device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- information about ad interactions and app usage;
- diagnostic data such as crash information and performance.
This data is handled by Google under its own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Firebase Analytics to see how the game is used (for example runs played, distance flown, power-ups used, screens opened, and which optional ads were watched) and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports (device model, OS version, app state and a log of recent game events). This data is linked to a random app instance ID and the device's advertising ID, not to your name or email. Firebase data is processed by Google as our service provider under the Firebase Data Processing Terms and is kept for up to 14 months (analytics) and 90 days (crash reports). Where the law requires consent, analytics and advertising storage follow the choices you make in the consent form.
Consent and your choices
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), the game asks for your consent before ads are personalised, using Google's consent tool.
- You can change your consent choices at any time in the game: Settings → Privacy choices (shown in regions where consent is required).
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- You can turn off music, sound effects and vibration in the game's Settings.
- To remove all game data, uninstall the app. Questions or requests: [email protected].
Your rights by region
- EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): we rely on your consent for personalised ads and analytics storage, and on legitimate interest for crash reporting and security. You may access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
- United States (CCPA/CPRA and other state laws): we do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing for targeted advertising can be turned off with "Don't sell or share my data" in Settings → Privacy choices or by using your device's ad settings. We honour Global Privacy Control where supported.
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data and may withdraw consent. Grievance contact: Digvijay Solanki, 2Paws Technology LLP, [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
- Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA) and other countries: you have equivalent rights to access, correct and delete your data. Contact us at [email protected].
Data may be processed outside your country by Google on servers worldwide, under Google's standard contractual safeguards. Because the game itself stores no personal data on our servers, most requests are handled by uninstalling the app, resetting your advertising ID, or using Google's Data & privacy controls.
Children
Poppy Plane is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Security
Ad requests are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Game progress never leaves your device.
Changes and contact
